Property scouting and assessment
After we have identified your specific needs and advised you on geographical areas, acquisition and renovation budgets, as well as timelines to realize your project, we get started with the research.
We comb public listings as well as off-market opportunities and visit properties for you. We thoroughly inspect the ones with potential, and give you a clear assessment of the pros and cons for each deal.
Golden Visa or D7 facilitation
Portugal’s immigration rules are rapidly evolving. We keep an eye on the latest regulation and advise you on the best and fastest course of action for you.
Our specialized legal team makes sure that all your documents are in order, and we personally accompany you throughout your Golden visa or residency application process until completion.
Renovation management
If your heart has set on a renovation or even a full construction project, but you are not on the ground to supervise it yourself, you can delegate the renovation management to us.
We will scope the project, introduce you to architects and builders, negotiate quotations, and be on site every week to follow the works and give you status updates.

Please note: Loans from Portuguese banks cannot be used to purchase property for a Golden Visa application.
